It became clear that in order to understand current events, future scenarios and their implications for businesses, it is necessary to understand Russia's hegemonic mindset. There is no alternative for Russia to victory in Ukraine. As a result, the Ukrainian war will most likely continue for years. While companies in Ukraine will have to manage serious risks under these conditions for a long time to come, companies in Russia and the post-Soviet space must prepare now for the opportunities and risks of a new European post-war order.
